Security is our highest priority to ensure the confidentiality of the personal information you provide to us.

We may share your information, as only necessary as possible, with companies related to your travel itinerary such as airlines, hotels, ground handling companies, local tour companies, sponsors and other suppliers.

Reservation Policies

Guarantee policy: We require full payment through Visa or MasterCard credit card in order to make the reservation.

Cancellation policy:

  • Regular Season:
    • 10 days before the arrival: 15% charge of the total amount as a penalty
    • Between 15 days of the arrival day or No Shows: 1 night charge as a penalty
    • Early departures: Used night + 1 night as a penalty
  • High Season:
    • 15 days before the arrival: 10% charge of the total amount as a penalty.
    • Between 15 days of the arrival day or No Shows: 100% charge
    • Early departures: 100% charge

No show policy: In case of No Shows, the 100% of the stay is charged.

Extra person policy: According to rates.

Children policy: Up to 11 years old minors are considered children, 2 children stay free in their parents’ room.

Pets policy: Sorry, pets are not allowed.

Oversold policy: In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from UNIVISIT, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.

The hotel will pay a one night stay plus taxes at a similar Hotel.

The guest will be transported by the hotel to the new hotel.
